Excellent breakfast and a spacious and clean room. the hotel's pool was a perfect escape from the city heat. the hotel is well-located, just a short drive away from attractions and the airport.
The room service was quite slow, and they had a limited menu. the gym equipment was outdated, and I had to go elsewhere for my workouts.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that ensure a comfortable stay. the rooms are well, equipped and elegant, with exclusive facilities such as a private balcony and comfortable beds. the staff provides exceptional service and ensures that every need is met. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace are perfect for relaxation, and the spa lounge offers rejuvenating massages.
While the hotel is well, maintained, there is minor wear and tear visible and some renovations are needed. the walls are relatively thin, and the sound of neighboring guests may be audible at times.

We loved this hotel! The staff was incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. The hotel facilities were great with clean rooms, and lovely swimming pools. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a variety of delicious food. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the state highway and the new business district of the city.

The hotel had a great structure for relaxing, with several great swimming pools and other outdoor activities available. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of options to choose from. The hotel's location was very convenient for easy access to nearby attractions.
The hotel was a bit expensive and some of the amenities seemed to be lacking in comparison to the price. The staff was not always as friendly as expected and seemed to be a bit disorganized and unresponsive.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and the new business district. It is situated next to the state highway on the road to Ituverava from Sao Paolo, making travel easy. Guests can enjoy a range of options at the breakfast bar. the housekeeping service is professional and the rooms are spacious with high-quality furnishings.
Some of the rooms are smaller than others, which can be disappointing who require more space.
